I am originally from Florida and a proud Gator fan with my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. My first job out of college took me to Atlanta for a 19 year career in the computer software industry. I left corporate to follow my long-time desire to have my own business.
For over 20 years I have been serving dentists in Metro Atlanta and across the country providing high-speed, low-speed and electric handpiece repairs. I am one of only a few handpiece repair technicians to be trained and certified in handpiece repair by Dentsply International.
As an independent small business operator my number one goal is customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with a repair for any reason, I will make it right or refund their money.
I know that happy customers are repeat customers. Saving my dentists money makes them happy. I believe that making repairs last longer with quality parts and repair procedures, actually makes me more profitable in the end.
For that reason I assist my customers in diagnosing why their handpieces are failing. Many times a solution can be found that will extend the life of their repairs, keeping their handpieces up and running longer.
I know that longer lasting repairs mean a more satisfied customer that is much more likely to use me again. This is probably why many of the dental assistants or hygienists I work with continue using me even if they move to a new practice. Being customer focused is why many of my customers have been using my repair services for over 10, 15 or even 20 years.
